Grand Opening Event!

    Chino Hills Family Medical Group celebrated it's grand opening on January 22nd, 2015. The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce were on hand to help us open our doors to the Chino and Chino Hills communities.

    Dr. Cynthia Moreno and Kristi Diehl PA-C were delighted to allow their children the honor of the ribbon cutting.

    We thank everyone who made it out for our special day and to those that sent their warm regards. It means a great deal to us to have the support of our colleagues and the community. We hope to provide a helpful service and become a strong supporter of the community and local economy.
