Psalm 23   One of Chino Hills Family Medical Group's patients turned 100 years old today. Our entire staff and all our providers were on hand to celebrate this wonderful moment. We were happy to present Marion with a cake, flowers and a special 100th birthday card. Chino Hills Family Medical Group takes great pride in not just providing quality, compassionate care to it's patients, but creating a relationship with them as well. So that their celebrations and achievements become our celebrations and achievements. We wish Marion a very happy, and healthy 100th birthday! We have updated our commercial that runs at Harkins and Eastvale theaters. It reflects our new staff members as well as our being open Saturdays. We are open Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Call now for an appointment!  Today we are very excited to have put up our new sign! We want to thank the staff at Signarama for their quick and quality work. Hopefully this will help all our patient's find us a little bit easier, and it makes us feel a little but more at home. Dr. Cynthia Moreno and Kristi Diehl welcome Physician's Assistant Eric de la Vega to the CHFMG family.
Eric comes with over 16 years of experience and is a caring, thoughtful health care provider. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to see patients immediately. His experience and medical acumen fits well with CHFMG's values to family medicine. We are thrilled with this new addition to our CHFMG family as Eric will surely enrich patient experience with the same quality of care that we strive to provide. Chino Hills Family Medical Group celebrated it's grand opening on January 22nd, 2015. The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce were on hand to help us open our doors to the Chino and Chino Hills communities. Dr. Cynthia Moreno and Kristi Diehl PA-C were delighted to allow their children the honor of the ribbon cutting. We thank everyone who made it out for our special day and to those that sent their warm regards. It means a great deal to us to have the support of our colleagues and the community. We hope to provide a helpful service and become a strong supporter of the community and local economy.
