Dr. Cynthia Moreno and Kristi Diehl welcome Physician's Assistant Eric de la Vega to the CHFMG family.
Eric comes with over 16 years of experience and is a caring, thoughtful health care provider. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to see patients immediately. His experience and medical acumen fits well with CHFMG's  values to family medicine.
